We are pleased to announce that the next in-person meeting of the IDEAS Network will be held on 10–11 December 2026 at the Novotel Brussels City Centre.

Over the last few years, the EU funding landscape has significantly changed, with new limitations for participation in some actions, a rise in the use of AI, and a growing interest in large-scale projects, among other developments.

Aligned with the latest trends, this year’s event will place a strong emphasis on large-scale projects and Horizon Europe opportunities.

The invitation is addressed only to selected and reliable organisations experienced in developing and implementing complex EU-funded projects.

To ensure broad representation across the network, each organisation or affiliated entity may be represented by one participant only, preferably a senior representative with decision-making responsibilities.

The event is organised and funded by CESIE as part of our commitment to fostering a high-quality community of organisations working in European research, innovation, education, and transnational cooperation. For this reason, places are limited and reserved exclusively for invited participants.
