About The Event

IDEAS is a co-creation event for organisations and institutions working in the field of education, training and research. The event aims to:

  • Due to limited space, only one representative per organisation (including sister organisations and affiliated entities) working on strategic planning can participate in the event.

  • Yes, the maximum number of participants for each day of the event is 60.
    Please note that the registrations will be approved on a first-come, first-serve basis. Before making any reservation, be sure to receive the confirmation for your participation.

  • No. It is possible to select only one of the two proposed days.

  • We will ensure that all information from both days are shared with all participants through this webpage.

  • CESIE will provide the venue and the lunch during the workshops. Travel to and from the venue, food and accommodation will be covered by participants.

  • An informal networking dinner will be organised at the end of each day. You can state your interest in participating in one or both dinners in the registration form.

  • Yes. You are welcome to participate in both dinners so you will be able to meet other participants.
